Terms & Conditions

Course Requirements:

Please note that all training being carried out will be completed in a professional manner by KSTS as we base ourselves on excellence. All courses being carried out on your premises must have the following: suitable area to complete the theory, a suitable area to complete the practical training with training aids eg. lifting equipment if applicable. All machines and applicable items for training purposes must be in good condition with a valid GA1 cert where applicable. Please note training will not be completed on sub-standard machines or equipment. All trainees must have the relevant PPE/PFPE/RPE where applicable supplied to them for training.


Cancellation Policy:

You will be charged a cancellation fee only if the following arises: Less than seven working days’ notice is given before cancelling your course and you may be charged 50% of the course fee. Less than two working days’ notice is given before cancelling your course or no show and you may be charged 100% of the course fee.
You will receive a full refund if any of the following arises: The course is cancelled on the day by KSTS due to circumstances beyond our control. The course is cancelled within 12 to 24 hours of the course commencement and we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative date/course. You cancel your course booking more than seven days in advance of the course start date.
Please note that foregoing or reducing cancellation fees will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and its application will be entirely at the discretion and goodwill of KSTS.


Data Protection:

KSTS treats all information and personal data you supply as confidential. Information you provide is used by KSTS to update your training records. It will be used for the purposes for which it was collected to enable KSTS to carry out its obligations and manage its relationship with you. KSTS may share the data with other agents who act on its behalf in order to provide services to you but only insofar as is necessary.
It should also be noted that information may be exchanged with other Government Departments / Agencies in accordance with the law.
